 The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have considered and approved inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. Further, the Board of Directors have agreed to enter into an MoU which is an addendum to the Technical Collaboration Contract entered between the Company and Showa Corporation (Promoter of the Company) for getting technical assistance/guidance from Showa Corporation's technicians from Japan remotely using a television system or other communication tool due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
