 This is further to our letter dated May 04, 2023, whereby we had submitted the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the enclosed matters by way of postal ballot through electronic voting only ('remote e-voting'). In this regard, please find enclosed the voting results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 along with the Scrutinizer''s report issued by M/s GMJ & Associates, Company Secretaries dated June 07, 2023, as per Section 108, 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules framed thereunder read with the Regulation 44 of the SEBI LODR. Based on the Scrutinizer''s report, it is hereby informed that all the Resolutions mentioned in the Notice of the Postal Ballot dated April 20, 2023 shall be deemed to be passed with requisite majority on Tuesday June 06, 2023, being the last date of E-voting.

These shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
