With reference to your e-mail dated August 10, 2022, we would like to inform you that, we are not aware about such videos shown on youtube channel/telegram or any other platform. Further, we deny the information contained in such videos i.e. company has bagged a big contract IT department tender of the Defence Ministry valued 2500 Cr. The management of the company is in no way connected with such an event. We just came to our knowledge about such information from your e-mail and the Company has filed E-FIR for the same. Further, the Company will take necessary steps to prevent such type of rumours. The Company has always disclosed, to the Stock Exchange all the material information, which has a bearing on the operations/ performance of the company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations') within the stipulated time.22-08-2022
