 Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board at its meeting held today, which commenced at 4.00 P.M. and concluded at 8.30 P.M., inter alia, considered and approved (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the financial year/quarter ended 31st March 2020 and recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each (35%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2020. In this connection, we enclose herewith the following:- (i) Statements showing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/financial year ended 31st March 2020; and (ii) Auditors' Reports on the Audited Financial Results - (Standalone and Consolidated).
