The Board based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee which held earlier the day accepted the resignation of Mrs. Mallika Ravi, and appointed Mr. R.V.Shekar as the Managing Director of the company. Mrs. Mallika Ravi shall be relieved from the close of business hours of 02nd March, 2021 and Mr. R.V.Shekar shall be appointed as the Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from 03rd March, 2021 subject to approval of shareholders by way of special resolution. We would further like to inform that Mr. R.V.Shekar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. He holds 1,18,23,214 equity shares of the Company. He is also one of the promoter of the Company.
