 Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Order dated March 21, 2020 issued by the District Administration of Gurugram and Faridabad, all establishments of the Company located in Gurugram District shall remain closed from March 22, 2020 to March 31, -2020.The Company has been taking all recommended precaution in its operation against the spread of COVID-19 which includes sanitization and hygiene, temperature checks, initiated video-conferencing and minimizing contacts, closing employee travel, issuing health and distancing advisory to employees and following all Government direction on the subject.Further, the Government policy now requires closure of production of Company's Plants/Offices at Gurugram District. Accordingly, the Company has taken a decision on production closure of its Plant/offices in Gurugram District with immediate effect from March 22, 2020 to March 31, 2020.
