Hence, it was thought fit to conduct a Board Meeting via Video Conferencing to Inter-alia, consider the following :1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results/ Statements for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2020.2. To recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
