On the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Vipul Desai appointed as an Additional (Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f 22nd November 2022 to hold office, subject to the approval of the members, till the conclusion of the next general meeting or within a time period of three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier, for appointment as an Independent Director to hold office for a term upto 5 (five) consecutive years.22-11-2022
