Allotment of Shares upon exercise of Stock Option
Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2016 has approved allotment of total 52,004 equity shares consisting of 17,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 33,004 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 1,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share, under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015....19-01-2016
