Unaudited quarterly financial results along with Limited Review Report for Quarter ending on 30th June, 2019. 2. The Board has approved a new industrial unit having a total approx capex of Rs. 46.39 crore having an annual Capacity of 8500 M.T. for technical textile. 3. Decided to convey the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Ishwar Bhuvan, Near H.L. Commerce College, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380009. 4. In relation to the Annual General Meeting, Register of Members and share transfer book shall remain closed from Saturday, September 21, 2019 to Monday, September 30, 2019 (Both days inclusive). We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of Sub-Regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V, shall not apply, in respect of: a) The listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty-five crore, as on the last day ofthe previous financial year; b) The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.
