In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives ('Code') adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company is under closure since October 1, 2020 for the persons covered under the Code and it is further notified that the trading window shall continue to remain closed for the said persons upto Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
