We refer letter dated 01.01.2021 wherein Co. informed that it has applied for restructuring of its term loans availed from KKR India Financial Services Limited(KKR) under RBI guidelines issued on 06.08.2020'Resolution Framework for Covid-19-related Stress'(OTR), on 01.09.2020. Majority of lenders at meeting held on 31.12.2020 agreed to invoke the OTR. Simultaneously, the Company had also applied for additional loan facility under ECLGS 2.0 announced by GOI under Atamnirbhar3.0 package.Under the scheme,the Company is eligible for additional finance from the existing lenders equivalent to 20% of the outstanding existing facilities as on 29.02.2020.Co.'s request has been considered favourably by the lenders. As per Co.'s assessment,in light of aforesaid sanctioned facilities and improved business scenario,restructuring of debt is no longer required.Hence, in the jt. meeting of the Co.'s Lenders on 28.01.2021,it was agreed that OTR need not to be pursued and the option has been dropped.05-02-2021

BHARAT GEARS LTD. - 505688 - Updates On One-Time Restructuring (OTR) Of Scheduled Loan Repayment Obligations And Deferment Of Interest For The Facilities Availed By The Company From KKR India Financial Services Limited (KKR) Pursuant To The Framework Issued By The Reserve Bank Of India (RBI)
Pursuant to the request made by the Company to KKR for OTR of scheduled loan repayment obligations & deferment of interest for the facilities availed by the Company from KKR,pursuant to the framework issued by the RBI vide its circular(s) dated August 06, 2020 & September 07, 2020, the majority of lenders of the Company in the joint meeting of all the lenders of the Company held on December 31, 2020 have decided to invoke OTR in respect of the Company for its Term Loans availed from KKR,subject to fulfilment of other requirements as may be prescribed by RBI. The credit rating by CRISIL continues to be placed on 'rating watch with negative implications' following the Company's application for the restructuring of its term loans availed from KKR, under the RBI guidelines. CRISIL will continue to monitor the developments on the formal invocation of the restructuring by KKR and resolve the watch once the formal invocation and clarity with respect to the final resolution plan is available.01-01-2021
