Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 ('the Regulations'), this is to inform that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on December 15, 2021 considered and approved the following: Allotment of 9,30,610 (Nine Lakhs Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Ten) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) on rights basis to the existing Shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs. 105/- (Rupees One Hundred Five) per equity share in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. 1 (One) Equity Share for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares held as on record date i.e. October 29, 2021.
