This is to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circulars issued thereunder and the Company''s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall be closed immediately on the closure of trading hours of Stock Exchange on December 31, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.27-12-2023
