 CREST VENTURES LIMITEDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th August, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS); Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from 1st July, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.

In this connection, we wish to inform that, all the material information that may have bearing on the operations of the Company which include all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time.
