 This is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 5th September, 2020 to Saturday, 12th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company to be held on Saturday, 12th September, 2020 at 12:00 noon through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India and for determining the eligibility for the payment of dividend, subject to tax deducted at source and subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. The Company has fixed Friday, 4th September, 2020 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend, if declared at the AGM, for the Financial Year 2019-20 and determining the members eligible to vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice.
