We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Radharaman Bhattacharya, Independent Director of the Company, on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Mr. Bhattacharya, a Chartered Accountant, was an Independent Director of IFB Industries Limited. Mr. Bhattacharya was appointed on the Board of the Company in 2003 and the Company immensely benefitted for his contribution during his tenure.
