IFB INDUSTRIES LTD. - 505726 - Sub: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 (4) Of SEBI ( LODR ) Regulation 2015.

 This is to inform you that we had a third party warehouse, on rental basis, from Kery Indev Logistics Private Ltd at Khasra NO-87/2, 9&12 Gali no: 12, Opp. Metro Pillar no 618, Main Rohtak Road, village- Ghevra, Mundka 110 041, New Delhi, India. A part of their warehouse was taken on rental basis and was used by IFB to store finished goods closer to market. The balance area of the ware house was taken and utilized by other reputed companies to store their finished goods. A fire broke out on 8th July, 2020 at above warehouse . The estimated loss of IFB for the finished goods stored in the ware house works out to Rs 2.2 crores. For the other companies which were on the premises also, goods were severely damaged/ destroyed. The company has already informed insurance company for the same. This is for second time fire damage has occurred in recent times & in both the cases warehouses were not owned by us.
