Sub: Amalgamation of Trishan Metals Private Limited with IFB Industries Limited In terms of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 30th December, 2020, approved Amalgamation of Trishan Metals Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary with IFB Industries Limited. The Schme of Amalgamation, which are subject to approvals as necessary, will take effect from 1st April, 2021.
