 With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, vide order dated 30th September, 2019 has admitted the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) in respect of the matter of Vikas Shuttering Store Private Limited (VSSPL) Vs. Supreme Infrastructure India Limited. The Company have worked out amicable settelement with VSSPL. The parties have mutually agreed to jointly file the conset terms with Hon.
