This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Supreme Infrastructure India Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. 10th January, 2020 has approved the draft Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement between Supreme Infrastructure India Limited and the creditors of the Company as may be modified from time to time under Section 230 and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules and regulations made thereunder (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) and subject to approvals of shareholders, creditors of the Company as may be directed by National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Mumbai and subject to such other approval as may be necessary including BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Securities and Exchange Board of India and other regulatory or statutory authorities as may be applicable/required.10-01-2020
