 Clarification to our letter dated January 06, 2021 intimating the financial results. We invite reference to our intimation dated January 06, 2021 informing the exchange about the audited financial results (stand-alone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020, through BSE listing Centre and NEAPS portal. However, we erroneously typed word 31st March, 2019 on consolidated cash flow statement and instead of typing 31st March, 2020 and consolidated cash flow statement attached with standalone financial result. This is typographical error and inadvertently through, which has been rectified by the Company.
