 This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated October 6, 2023, vide which we had communicated about the Award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal ('Tribunal') in the arbitration proceedings between WPC and Company, wherein the Tribunal had passed an Award of Rs.72.34 Crores in favour of the Company. We would further like to inform all our stakeholders that, WPC has now filed an application against the Award under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended) before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, at New Delhi, which is yet to be listed.
