 In pursuance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, adopted by the Praxis Home Retail Limited ("the Company"), we wish to inform that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with immediate effect from today i.e., August 30, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till further notice and the restriction period for trading in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons comes into effect from today.

 we hereby confirm that: 1. The securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended June 30, 2021, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed. ii. SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/558 dated April 29, 2021, had extended the timeline for processing the demat requests by the Issuer Company/RTA. We hereby also confirm that the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the timelines mentioned in the aforesaid circular.
