Koncepts Interior, Operational Creditor of the Company, before the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench ('NCLT, Mumbai') seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company, and subsequent intimation dated October 25, 2021, December 23, 2021, December 24, 2021, January 31, 2022, February 21, 2022, February 22, 2022 and March 02, 2022. We further intimate that the said matter was listed on March 01, 2022 in Court No. 5, NCLT, Mumbai, but didn't come-up for hearing. The said matter has been listed for next hearing on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

We further intimate that the said matter was listed yesterday, i.e. on March 01, 2022 in Court No. 5, NCLT, Mumbai. However, it didn't come-up for hearing. The said matter is to be listed at a later date which shall be intimated to your esteemed Exchange as soon as the Company receives the next date for the matter.
