This is in continuation to our intimation dated February 13, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for the acquisition of 100% shares of Decolan SA, (a company incorporated in Switzerland) through Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte.
