 This is further to our communication dated 11/12/2021 regarding closure of Harmony Plantations Limited (HPL) and Enchanting Plantations Limited (EPL) i.e., the wholly owned subsidiaries of Harrisons Malayalam Limited (HML) and acquisition of the entire shares (Comprising of 50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) of Malayalam Plantations Limited (MPL) by HML for making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
