Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform that Notice of Tribunal convened meeting of Shareholders of GHCL Limited given in accordance with the order of The Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench dated 27th June 2022 read with rectification order dated 5th July 2022, in which Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench has directed that a meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Applicant Demerged Company (i.e. GHCL Limited) be convened and held on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 09:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means ('VC/OAVM') for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Demerger of the Spinning Division of GHCL Limited between GHCL Limited ('Demerged Company') and GHCL Textiles Limited ('Resulting Company'), and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, which inter alia envisages to GHCL Textiles Limited.14-07-2022
