In continuation to our earlier communication dated December 20, 2022, w.r.t. the ongoing Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger of the Spinning Division of GHCL Limited (i.e. Demerged Company) to GHCL Textiles Limited (i.e. Resulting Company) before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad (NCLT), in which we had informed that Hon'ble NCLT heard the matter related to the Scheme and reserved its order. We would like to update that our leaned Advocate informed us today afternoon, about the order sanctioning the Scheme was pronounced by the Hon'ble NCLT on 8th February 2023 and copy of the order is yet to be uploaded on NCLT website. Any further updates in this regard will be intimated in due course as and when required.
