In continuation of our letter dated January 01st 2024, pursuant to regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 04th January 2024, inter alia considered and approved the following; We are introducing new tools and spare of Machinery at wide range of product which will be used in brass item for better quality and automation and also we are ensuring that our new products are made of superior quality raw material and to nurture quality at all levels, we adopt several quality control procedures of international standards. We follow stringent quality control checks from procurement to delivery. Every process is strictly monitored and every product is subject to the most stringent tests before reaching to the customers.04-01-2024
