 This is with reference to our letters dated 28th April, 2023 and 5th May, 2023 informing the stock exchanges about receipt of information of loss of share certificate(s) from the shareholders as mentioned therein. We now wish to inform you, based on information received from the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, that in terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations, the letter of confirmations in lieu of the share certificates reported lost / misplaced has been issued as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022, to all the said shareholders, details of which is enclosed in letter attached herewith.

 We wish to inform you that the application submitted by the Company in prescribed form INC-24 to the Central Government under Section 13(2) of the Act, seeking its approval for change of name of the Company has been approved on 15th May, 2023. The Master Data on the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs - www.mca.gov.in - carries the new name of the Company. A copy of the extract of Master Data as downloaded from MCA website is enclosed herewith as Annexure I. The 'fresh certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change in name' as per Section 13(3) of the Act read with Rule 29 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 is awaited. We will send a final update regarding the change in name, once the same is received by the Company. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take note of the same.

 The Company has been taking various steps to optimize its power cost and increase the consumption of green energy at various power intensive plants of the Company. Accordingly, the Company today i.e., on 12th May, 2023 has invested INR 41.60 million towards capital contribution of Clean Max Deneb Power LLP (Clean Max Deneb) to source green energy on captive basis. The details are attached herewith.
