Board recommends Dividend
Grindwell Norton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (80%) of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2016-17, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on July 26, 2017.
