The 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing /Other Audio Visual Means. The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 7.50/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2019-20.
