In furtherance to our financial results submission, we could like to clarify that: 1.As the Company in under liquidation and Insolvency Professional is appointed so the Board was not in operation therefore prior notice of Board Meeting is not submitted. 2.As the Board is not in operation, the financial results were signed by Insolvency Professional. 3.Company's Statutory Auditor and Insolvency Professional were not available for signature on the date of Board Meeting hence the financial results were not submitted within 30 minutes from end of board meeting.19-03-2020
