With reference to the earlier Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promtoer dated September 15, 2021, The President of India, acting through and represented by Ministry of Mines, Government of India (the "Promoter") has now informed BSE that :"In this connection, we wish to exercise the Oversubscription Option to the extent of 19944409 Equity Shares (representing 2.06% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) in addition to 48,351,201 Equity Shares of the Company, (representing 5% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) forming part of the Base Offer Size. Accordingly, the total Offer Size will be up to 68295610 Equity Shares (representing 7.06% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company) of which 6829561 Equity Shares would be available as part of the Offer for Retail Category on T+1 day, i.e. September 17, 2021.All capitalised terms not defined in this intimation letter shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Notice."16-09-2021
