Re-appointed Mr. Hari Nair (DIN: 02362137) as Managing Director, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. 2. Approved the re-designation of Mr. Mahesh Fogla (DIN:05157688), from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Executive Director of the Company w.e.f.1st April, 2022. 3.
