 This is in continuation of our previous letters dated March 23, 2020, March 25, 2020 and April 28, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has partially resumed its operations at its plant situated at Patiala (Punjab) by adhering to the directions, guidelines and permissions issued by the appropriate Government Authorities with respect to COVID-19. The financial impact is not ascertainable at this stage. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will take necessary steps.  In continuation to the Company's letter dated March 23, 2020 and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Government of India on March 24, 2020 imposed a complete lock down in the country for 21 days from midnight at 12:00 PM in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the Company has shut down its plants at Bangalore, Patiala and Bhiwadi and its offices in the concerned State till further directions/notifications from the Government. The Management has been considering to take appropriate steps to handle the situation. Further developments in this regard, would be shared from time to time.
