 With reference to the captioned subject, please be informed that in the matter of Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited v/s Additional Labour Commissioner (Administration) & Appellate Authority and Others, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on May 13, 2021, upheld the increase in retirement age of workmen at Bangalore plant from 58 years to 60 years and decided the matter against the Company. A copy of the above-mentioned order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India is yet to be received by the Company. The Management of the Company is in the process of analyzing the impact of the said order passed by the Hon'ble Court and is also contemplating the further legal recourse in this regard. This is for your information and record and may be treated as disclosure under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
