Allotment of Shares pursuant to exercise of options
Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 186,015 (One Lakh Eighty Six Thousand and Fifteen) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 10, 2017 under the JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 422,97,80,880/- consisting of 42,29,78,088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 423,16,41,030/- consisting of 42,31,64,103 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.11-01-2017
