Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2019.2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19.3. Borrowing/raising funds in Indian/foreign currency by issue of debt securities including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, bonds, MTN, in terms of Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008, the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable laws, if any, subject to regulatory approvals, as may be required.4.
