Ministry of Coal vide letter no. 21/28/2021-ESTABLISHMENT dated 8th July' 2022 has appointed Shri Debasish Nanda as Director (Business Development) on the Board of Coal India Limited (CIL) w.e.f the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation, i.e. 31st May' 2025 or until further orders whichever is earlier. He has assumed the charge on 11th July' 2022. List of Directors as on 11.07.2022 is enclosed as Annexure A. Further, no existing Directors of Coal India Limited are related to Shri Debasish Nanda. He has also furnished a declaration that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to SEBI order or order of any other Statutory authority. This is for your information and records please. This is as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.11-07-2022
