The Board of Directors in its meeting on Thursday, the 14th March' 2019 had approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2018-19 @ Rs 5.85 per share of the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Audit committee of CIL in its meeting held on date. As already intimated to Stock Exchanges vide letter no CIL:XI(D):4156/4157:2019 dated 6th March'2019 that the company has fixed Monday, the 25th March' 2019 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial year 2018-19.
