With reference to the earlier communications, particularly in furtherance of our intimation No. Sec/SE/58/ 2023-24 dated May 08, 2023,wherein Mr. V P Nandakumar has submitted the chronology of events related to the recent ED raid against him, it was stated that the present case is based on a complaint filed by Mr. P K Sagar, before the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate Kodungallur (C.M.P No.4374/2022).The Court forwarded the matter to Valapad Police Station and FIR No.376/2022 was registered. He further stated that he has challenged the above complaints by filing Criminal miscellaneous case No.4436/2022 to quash all further proceedings pursuant to FIR.376/2022 of Valapad Police station, Thrissur district. Further to the above, the following update were received from the promoter of the Company, Mr. V P Nandakumar.16-06-2023
