Eureka Forbes Limited (EFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has vide its letter dated April 24, 2018 informed that the Regional Director (Eastern Region) has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aquamall Water Solutions Limited (Aquamall, a wholly owned subsidiary of EFL) with EFL.
