These may also include listing, dilution/sale or combination thereof of Eureka Forbes Limited. The Board will consider the above when the relevant proposals are placed before it in the near future, but in principle has approved supporting the endeavours of the management in this regard. Any such proposal, if approved, will be undertaken and completed in due compliance with applicable laws after consent of the Board of Directors, and where required, the shareholders of the Company.
