With reference to above cited subject matter, this is to inform you that the 25th (Twenty Fifth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company was scheduled to be held today i.e. Monday, the 30th day of September, 2019 at 3.00 P.M., at 1-10-63 & 64, 5th Floor, Prajay Corporate House, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500 016, Telangana. However, the requisite quorum has not been constituted for conducting the Annual General Meeting pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013(The act) and rules made thereunder. The Chairman of the meeting waited for half- an-hour for want of quorum, however he found that the quorum was still not present due to heavy rains in the city and traffic stand still to reach the scheduled AGM venue hence he stated that the 25th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company stands adjourned.
