HT Media Ltd - 532662 - Intimation Of Capital Reduction Of HT Music And Entertainment Company Limited (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company)

 This is to inform that Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide Order dated 6th February, 2020 (certified copy of order received on 18th February, 2020) has sanctioned a scheme for reduction of paid-up equity share capital of HT Music and Entertainment Company Limited (Wholly-owned subsidiary company) (HT Music) by Rs.300 Crore. Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of HT Music shall be reduced from Rs.334 Crore divided into 334 Crore equity shares of Re. 1/- each, to Rs.34 Crore divided into 34 Crore equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

We have to inform you that owing to changing consumer needs & preferences, and shift of our focus to technology driven services, HT Learning Centers Limited (HTLC), a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has decided to restructure its ''Studymate'' and ''Englishmate'' businesses. Accordingly, HTLC will not accept any new enrollments. HTLC shall, however, endeavour to honour the existing commitments for the current academic year i.e. 2019-2020, as per schedule.
