Pursuant to the Regulation 29 and 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has approved and declared an interim dividend of 9.5% i.e. 95 Paise per equity share on 14,13,20,801 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2019-20. As communicated earlier, the Company has fixed Friday, March 27, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. Interim Dividend will be paid /dispatched to the equity shareholders of the Company on or after March 30, 2020 but no later than April 17, 2020.18-03-2020
