Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Policy of Determination of Materiality of Events and Information, we wish to inform that the factory operations at Keva's Mahad Unit have been suspended temporarily due to unprecedented rains in the Raigad District of Maharashtra including Mahad causing flooding as also major power outage in and around Mahad. The extent of damage is being assessed. While the factory operations at the Unit are likely to remain suspended for about 3 weeks, we are taking necessary steps to resume the operations at the earliest after taking into consideration the safety norms. In the meanwhile, business continuity plan has been put in action and we are ensuring that we continue to cater to the customers' demands without any major disturbance.
