 India offers a predictable, stable and business-like environment which is one of the major factors for foreign companies to invest in the country, a top Indian industrialist has said as he underscored the need for labour reforms. Alok B Shriram, CEO of manufacturing company DCM Shriram Industries, who is in the US as part of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) business delegation, said he sensed great deal of enthusiasm about India and the investment climate in the country in his interactions with his American counterparts.  We refer to our letter dated March 31, 2023 wherein we have informed you about the commissioning of expansion of Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride capacity at Bharuch (Gujarat) Plant of the Company. In this regard, we wish to inform you that in the above letter, the said capacity increase was inadvertently mentioned as KPD instead of TPD. The above disclosure, therefore, to be read as under: Expansion of Anhydrous Aluminum Chloride capacity from 60 TPD to 150 TPD (including 15 TPD debottlenecking in existing unit) at Bharuch (Gujarat) Plant of the Company, has been commissioned.
